OUR SERVICES
Fume Scrubber Cleaning and Maintenance:
FCT are highly trained technicians in confined space and non- entry rescue services. Fume Scrubber Units are designed to filter out corrosive and hazardous toxins in Fab, Lab, and plate shop settings along with a number of different outfits. Our goal is to keep our customers running at an optimum performance and to keep our exhaust air as clean as possible. Cleanings consist of a top to bottom cleaning of the inspection of headers, Packing, and sump cleaning. All liquid waste is the responsibility of facilities to dispose of in the appropriate waste stream unless arranged to contain and haul off. “We clean for a cleaner tomorrow.”
Cooling Towers Cleanings and Maintenance:
We offer a series of services and if you're looking to keep your building cool and towers clean we are right here. We offer high powered pressure washing designed to remove calcium build up and algae. FCT Technicians will check hot water pans/ Coils, and clean packing inside towers. The pressure from the cleaning will allow any build up or sediment to fall to the basin of the towers where we vacuum and drain to assure the tower has been properly cleaned. Belt changes and greasing your bearings is also part of our service if requested.
Air Handler Maintenance:
FCT offers dust and vacuuming of units, along with, bag filter/pre filters change outs. FCT will check belt tension and offer fan maintenance to ensure your building is running smoothly.
Fan Vibration and Dynamic Balancing Services/ Blower Cleanings:
Fan Vibrating and need help? Give us a call and we would be glad to help you get back on track. It is important to periodically clean your blower wheels to remove any build up that may accumulate during the course of the year. Residual build up is a result of manufacturing processes that may throw a blower off balance and adversely affect the performance and longevity of your equipment.
Arrange for Hazardous Disposal:
Have hazardous waste and need to dispose of it in the appropriate waste stream. Give us a call and FCT can point you in the right direction.
Duct Demo and Neutralization:
​Duct leaking and need to get it replaced Technicians are highly trained in the removal of FRP, Galvanize, Stainless, PVC, Poly, ect.. FCT can demo, decontaminate and arrange for new installation.

AWN Cleanings: (Acid Waste Neutralization Systems)
Lots of build up and sludge in the basin of your tank? FCT can provide AWN services to help remove build up to above and below ground tanks. As well as Double containment, Vault, Drain, and Trench services. All local, state, and federal regulations are strictly followed, and in most cases extended. We’re glad to help.
FCT is confined space certified with training in entrance, attendance, CPR and rescue. Our team follows protocols ensuring PPE is worn efficiently during confined space entry.
